About the event

Rutland Water may only be 50 years old, but remnants of the former landscape include ancient woodlands and species rich grasslands supporting over 650 species of fungi, which have been recorded there in recent years. Tim will talk about the woodland management of Rutland Water and cover some of the fascinating species of fungi found there - including globally scarce species and rare wetland specialists.
