Stay Wild at Home

Stay connected with nature

In light of the coronavirus outbreak, maintaining a connection with the natural world is more important than ever to ensure we’re looking after our health and wellbeing. We know that time spent in nature makes us happier and healthier, but given the current climate, this can be tricky.

It’s important to stay active and exercise where you can, why not try some morning yoga in your own back garden or with the window open so you can hear the birds sing? A bit of time spent in nature every day can help relieve stress and improve mental wellbeing.

If you do want to visit a nature reserve or head out to your local green space, make sure you follow Government guidance on social distancing

We’ve put together lots of activities, challenges and things to keep you busy over the next few months. Keep checking back regularly as we’ll be adding even more things you can do!
