Stay Wild in Lockdown

Stay connected with nature

Here we go again. With all the stress an uncertainty that this lockdown comes with maintaining a connection with the natural world is more important than ever to ensure we’re looking after our health and wellbeing. We know that time spent in nature makes us happier and healthier, but given the current climate, this can be tricky.

It’s important to stay active and exercise where you can, why not try some morning yoga in your own back garden or a walk round the block? A bit of time spent in nature every day can help relieve stress and improve mental wellbeing.

We’ve put together lots of activities, challenges and things to keep you busy throughout lockdown that will benefit you and wildlife.
