These terms and conditions govern the Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust (NWT) 3 months free membership offer. The organisers are NWT. By accepting the Terms & Conditions of the offer and subsequently submitting your membership application form, you have entered into an agreement with the organisers.

The organisers reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice.

If you meet the eligibility criteria stated below (see Eligibility section) you may join NWT under this offer. The first three months of membership are free (March, April and May). After three months your membership subscription will be collected by Direct Debit. Details of your first payment date, payment amount and payment schedule will be included in your membership welcome pack, sent to you when you join.

This offer is intended to build support and encourage new members to NWT and so is only available to new joiners; not to existing members or renewing members. For these purposes we define new members as anyone who does not have an existing membership of NWT, or someone who has not been a member of NWT for at least 12 months.

This offer opens on the 3rd March 2025 and closes at 23:59 on the 31st March 2025.

NWT reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time.
Eligibility

This offer is only available to individuals who have registered for 12 Days Wild (taking place between 25th December 2024 - 5th January 2025) and are a new member of NWT (see definition above).

Offer available online only through the NWT website.

Payment method by Direct Debit only.

The promotion applies to an NWT Membership for Standard Individual, Joint or Family subscriptions (excludes Gift Memberships).

This promotion is only applicable for new joiners to NWT and not partnering Trusts.

The organiser’s decision on eligibility is final.

NWT reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the offer.
