Retail & Catering Assistant (Idle Valley)

North Road, Retford, Nottinghamshire, DN22 8RQWe are currently recruiting a Retail and Catering Assistant to work at our Idle Valley Visitor Centre.
You need to be hardworking and self-motivated with the ability and confidence to work independently. We expect all of our team to be warm, friendly and helpful with a desire to provide great customer service.
We are looking for someone who is willing to muck in and help team members, whether that’s helping on the till, washing up and replenishing stock or giving directions to a visitor.
You’ll have a ‘can-do’ attitude and a proactive approach to getting things done.
You’ll have guidance and support from our manager and friendly colleagues, but we really want you to think on your feet and ‘put yourself in the customer’s shoes’.
Customer Service / Front of House / Barista experience are beneficial but not essential as training will be provided.
