WeeklyThe Wilder Welcome Volunteers are volunteers who work with the community. They ensure that visitors to the reserve are well-informed and made to feel welcome. There are many roles within Wilder Welcome Volunteer offer and this one is the chance to lead wellness walks, alongside other volunteers.

What does this role involve?
You will join a volunteering team that leads wellness walks around the reserve.
The Wellness Walks are every Wednesday from 1:30pm and last about an hour, then there is a social aspect after the walk where the walkers and leaders go to the café. The role requires approximately 2 hours of your time. You do not need to be available every Wednesday, as there is a rota system in place - you are welcome to do as many or as few walks a month as you can. Ideally, you will be able to commit to at least one walk month.
Do I need experience?
There is no experience needed as full training is provided for this role.
We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic person who is able to communicate well with all members of the public.

How much time do I need to commit?
There is no upper or lower limit on the amount of commitment required. Each session last approximately 2 hours, it will be up to you to how many walks a month you'd like to take part in, as agreed in advance with your volunteer leader, Harri.
