About the event

Come and join us for our weekly strolls at Attenborough Nature Reserve. Take in the views, chat to someone new and enjoy the benefits of walking in nature. Everyone is welcome - no special equipment is needed (though we do recommend trainers and a water bottle) and the route is accessible. Just meet our friendly Walk Leaders at the apron (the place with the picnic benches between the visitor car park and the Nature Centre) to get started. The walk will follow the circular Tufted Duck trail (marked in red below) and is 3km / 1.9m in length.

Wellbeing Walks run in all weathers, so please dress appropriately. Note Attenborough Nature Reserve is a wetland and is prone to flooding, so we recommend wearing sturdy and waterproof shoes during the cold and wet months.

Children are welcome on the walk, but they need to be supervised by an adult and considerate of the other walkers.
