Champions of Sherwood
Sherwood Forest is famous the world over as the home of Robin Hood and magnificent veteran trees such as the Major Oak. Today, Sherwood Forest has an abundance of wildlife but sadly, what remains of the Forest is fragmented and under threat from pressures such as development, agriculture and climate change.
We believe that more needs to be done to restore, recreate and reconnect our famous Forest. Our Champions of Sherwood campaign enables everyone to play their part in helping to restore this legendary landscape.
